Diamond Sun Yellow potatoes are a yellow skinned, yellow fleshed gourmet potato. They are harvested when mature so they have a nice firm skin in place. They are our most flavourable potato variety when mashed. They are very creamy and retain the flavour when roasted, fried, steamed or mashed.

Diamond Red is our red gourmet fingerling potato. They vary in size but are all shaped like fingers. They are fully mature when harvested and are not to be confused with new potatoes. The outer skin is red and they have a yellow flesh.

The Diamond Sun Russet is a large flavor filled potato. The Russet Burbank has been around for over 100 years and is considered a good general purpose potato. The flesh is white, dry, and mealy. Suitable for baking, mashing and french fries.

Diamond Sun garlic is a variety of garlic that is large and flavorful. Cloves you can smell and taste so definitively and is not bitter. When eaten raw, it has a powerful, pungent flavor, and when cooked, adds tons of flavor without needing a lot.
